The City of New Roads will host its first annual holiday Market at the Mill this Friday, Nov. 20, through Sunday, Nov. 22. Shoppers can expect to find unique gift ideas among the art, antiques, fine gifts and collectibles offered by vendors on the grounds of New Roads’ retired cottonseed oil mill.

The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday followed by “Jingle and Mingle” from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets to “Jingle and Mingle” are $20 and include a fashion show, drinks, shopping discounts and door prizes. Saturday shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Santa available for pictures until noon. The final day to shop is Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
