Geaux for game-day styles at the Fall Fashion Fest this Saturday
The only thing harder than getting ready in the morning is getting ready for game-day tailgating. Finding the perfect purple and gold can be tricky for any tailgater. Thankfully, the Baton Rouge Fashion Council aims to help all football lovers prepare for the season with its Fall Fashion Fest, set for this Saturday, August 27, from 3 to 7 p.m.
The event will be hosted by Tin Roof Brewery, and attendees can get a preview of this year’s purple and gold trends at an outdoor fashion show hosted by Miss LSU-USA Emilie Hebert. More than 30 local businesses will be showcasing men and women’s apparel. Shoppers can enjoy food, beer, music and prizes from local vendors, like Cupcake Allie and Drybar, to name a few.
The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, but attendees must be 21 or older to enter the tap room.
