Mini Monster Cookie Protein Balls
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup mini M&Ms
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Add oats and fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
Use a mini cookie scoop to ensure size consistency. Using clean hands, roll scoops into balls.
Store protein balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Makes 12 balls.
