“The morning of our wedding called for rain and, sure enough, it rained and hailed, hard,” recalls Lauren of the warm March day. “We must have been following in our parents footsteps because it rained on both of their wedding days, too. My mom says its good luck to tie the knot in the rain because a wet knot is much harder to untie than a dry knot.”
