Fitness meets fun at REFIT Master Class next Friday
Finding the right exercise routine can be a long and even painful process. More people are now exercising within the comfort of their own homes, turning to YouTube to find specific workouts that fit their busy schedules. REFIT is trying to change this, hoping to build a positive community and inspire people to exercise in an enthusiastic group setting. The movement—along with its creators—comes to Baton Rouge next Friday, July 29, as part of REFIT’s Master Class fitness tour.
REFIT is a fitness class that is structured around CardioDance moves, combined with toning, flexibility, strength training and stretching, all set to uplifting music. While building a fitness-loving community, it also focuses on making a positive impact in people’s lives and making exercise fun and enjoyable. REFIT has local classes in Baton Rouge year round, but the live class tour takes the experience to a whole new energy level in cities across the country. The workout is appropriate for beginners and experts alike.
REFIT’s Baton Rouge master class will be held Friday, July 29, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bethany Church Warehouse, 1107 Honore Ln. Advance tickets are $10 and guarantee a spot; same-day tickets will be $15 and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. To purchase tickets, visit refitrev.com.
