What to do this weekend: Spring shopping at the Merry Market in March
Go ahead and add spring shopping to your weekend to-do list. The Merry Market in March will host its inaugural spring shopping event this Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, March 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales. The Merry Market will feature over 260 vendor booths with clothes, jewelry, skincare, toys, home decor, food, books and much more.
General admission tickets are $10. A portion of all proceeds will benefit The Sparrow Foundation, a nonprofit that works to respond to and support victims of human trafficking. Purchase a $25 VIP ticket to access priority shopping on Saturday morning before the market opens. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the door.
